All such rights remain owned by Qlumy, Techtegy, or their applicable licensors.

Qlumy does not accept customer-uploaded character images, does not create custom avatars from customer images, and does not modify, clone, redesign, or generate customer-owned characters. A Qlumy subscription provides licensed access to the Qlumy service only.
