This page explains the Qlumy Personal Access License for standard monthly Qlumy subscriptions.

A Qlumy subscription provides access to the Qlumy Service only. It does not transfer ownership of Qlumy, Qlumy characters, Qlumy assets, software, platform logic, prompts, voice systems, branding, names, logos, artwork, animations, workflows, or related intellectual property. All such rights remain owned by Qlumy, Techtegy, or their applicable licensors.

Qlumy does not accept customer-uploaded character images, does not create custom avatars from customer images, and does not modify, clone, redesign, or generate customer-owned characters. A Qlumy subscription provides licensed access to the Qlumy service only.

License owner

The checkout email/account owner is the license owner for the Qlumy account and is responsible for account access, parent controls, setup, billing, and private-use compliance.

Scope

The license provides access to Qlumy connection features only. It does not provide ownership of Qlumy IP, software, character assets, voice systems, prompts, platform logic, animations, workflows, names, logos, or branding.

Restrictions

No resale or sublicensing
No business, school, clinic, kiosk, public venue, or commercial deployment
No reverse engineering or prompt extraction
No character cloning, redesign, replacement, revoice, recolor, or modification services
No sharing outside the private household/family unless separately authorized in writing

Subscription dependency

The Qlumy Personal Access License remains active only while the subscription remains active and in good standing. Canceled, past-due, expired, or suspended accounts may lose access.

Third-party services

Qlumy may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, security, communications, accessibility support, AI-supported features, voice processing, analytics, support tools, and related operations. Qlumy is not required to disclose proprietary implementation details or internal provider architecture.
